Snowflake is looking for a Sr. Partner Sales Manager to drive sales alignment and GTM with system integrator (SI) partners. The role focuses on strengthening and expanding Snowflake's collaboration with SIs to drive mutual business growth, working with the Partner Development Managers to develop, lead, and execute the partner strategy. Success is measured by partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, adoption, and consumption of the Snowflake Data Cloud.
Overview
In this role you will be a senior member of the team, acting as an SME for your territory and Key Industries. You will develop and execute partner strategies, drive GTM programs, enable partners to grow their capabilities, and deliver customer success through joint initiatives with Snowflake and its SI partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Go-to-Market: Align Snowflake with SI partners to drive joint growth and GTM programs.
Lead and collaborate with the Partner Development Managers to manage strategic relationships with top partners.
Develop, lead, and execute the partner strategy for your territory and key industries.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, adoption, and consumption of Snowflake Data Cloud.
Communicate Snowflakes value proposition and roadmap to executives and technical stakeholders within partner accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflakes products and messaging.
Represent Snowflake at industry events and collaborate with ecosystem and implementation partners on joint architectures and account strategies.
On Day One You Will Have
Extensive SI/solution engineering or SaaS experience (analytics, data science, data engineering, etc.).
Proven track record of delivering technical wins and strong customer relationships.
Leadership and ability to uplift others in your team or region.
Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Understanding of data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
Hands-on experience with SQL.
Working knowledge of Gen AI (RAG/LMM).
Ability to translate customer problems into Snowflake solutions and communicate vision effectively.
Customer-facing communication for diverse technical and executive audiences (written and verbal).
Ability to contribute to Account & Territory plans and collaborate with internal/external ecosystems.
Strong market knowledge and ability to open doors through network and partnerships.
Preferred (but not required) to have
Hands-on experience with Python.
Experience with modern data technologies (dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, Git, etc.).
Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.

The following represents the expected compensation range for this role: This role is eligible for Snowflakes commission plan with typical on-target earnings of $207,500 - $288,750 and base salary between $155,625 - $216,562. It is also eligible for Snowflakes equity plan. The final starting salary is determined by skills, experience, and location, and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), FSA/HSA, paid holidays, PTO, parental leave, EAP, and other benefits).
