Vice President of Financial Strategy

Overview Join a dynamic and high-growth, venture-backed technology company as the Vice President of Financial Strategy. We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented leader to enhance our capital strategy and elevate our finance operations. Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Position Vice President of Financial Strategy The role involves direct collaboration with our executive team and board to shape the company's fiscal future. You will spearhead capital markets strategy and oversee essential finance functions, including FP&A, fundraising, investor relations, and financial systems. What You'll Do Drive key finance initiatives such as capital raises and financial storytelling with compelling investor materials. Lead all financial planning & analysis, reporting, forecasting, and key performance indicator (KPI) development. Collaborate extensively with product, operations, and executive leadership on financial strategies. Build and nurture a lean, high-performing finance team. Engage and communicate effectively with investors, lenders, and board members. Construct processes, dashboards, and insights from the ground up. What We're Looking For 5-12 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 4 years in investment banking and/or private equity/venture capital. Hands-on experience with capital raises and financial strategies in a startup or growth-stage company. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a sense of urgency and ownership. Exceptional communication and modeling skills. Prior experience in tech/startup environments is strongly preferred. Compensation $150K - $225K base + equity + benefits.
