We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Responsibilities

Manage and Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits.

Configure and optimize fast formulas and workflows to streamline business operations.

Design, build, and maintain reports in Oracle Fusion (BI Publisher, OTBI).

Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.

Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills

Five (5) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Strong experience with fast formulas, workflow optimization, and custom reports.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Effective communicator who can work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Desirable Skills

Working Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Best Practices.

Experience with business process analysis.

Experience with technical design specifications.

Experience with data management.

Willingness to train internal staff.

Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control, and Cloud Deployment Methodologies.

Familiarity with core technologies including: ServiceNow, Office365.

Oracle Cloud 2025 Certified Implementation Professional

Experience in the public sector.
