Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guide and support members regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues; and promote company products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials per company guidelines; correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; and securing fragile and high-shrink items. Monitor product quality and compliance with rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Adhere to company policies and ethics; apply open door policy and integrate these in business processes. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
