Our Marketing Department serves as the creative and community-driven heart of our restaurant — developing strategies, building relationships, and bringing the Chick-fil-A brand to life in Atlanta through excellence and hospitality. Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant supports the Operator and Marketing Team in executing innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, sales growth, and community engagement. This individual will manage daily marketing operations, social media scheduling, community partnerships, and in-restaurant events while maintaining brand compliance with Chick-fil-A corporate standards. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once — from designing a social post to coordinating a community Spirit Night. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations: Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Marketing Operations: Manage Chick-fil-A Glenwood’s social media presence with daily posts across all dayparts (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner). Marketing Operations: Engage with guests through social media, Google Reviews, and in-restaurant experiences. Marketing Operations: Design digital and print materials following Chick-fil-A Brand Guidelines in Canva and Studio. Marketing Operations: Maintain all in-restaurant signage, decals, table decorations, and POP installations for a consistent and welcoming environment. Community & Event Engagement: Coordinate one in-restaurant or community event per quarter (e.g., Spirit Nights, Sampling Events, “Fun Food Fridays”). Community & Event Engagement: Plan and execute community catering blitzes and local partnerships to grow brand visibility. Community & Event Engagement: Attend initial catering events for new clients to support service execution and build relationships. Community & Event Engagement: Oversee ordering of event materials, plush cows, recovery cards, and other marketing supplies. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize the Analytics Hub to track sales, transaction trends, and promotional performance. Analytics & Reporting: Manage Spotlight to send guest rewards, recovery messages, and event invitations. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze redemption and response rates to measure marketing effectiveness. Catering & Financial Support: Assist with catering promotions, ACH/check collections, and account invoicing. Catering & Financial Support: Ensure accurate and timely submission of catering and marketing invoices. Catering & Financial Support: Support execution of large catering events (assembly, delivery, or setup as needed). Team Culture: Coordinate bi-monthly team snack initiatives to boost morale and celebrate achievements. Team Culture: Collaborate with HR for social recruiting posts, new hire campaigns, and culture storytelling. Team Culture: Uphold Chick-fil-A’s standard of professionalism, hospitality, and brand integrity in every interaction. Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, or customer service preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, Instagram, and TikTok Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Creativity paired with brand awareness and professionalism Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s high standards of excellence and care Benefits
