Full-Time About the Role

The

Senior Project Manager

will lead all aspects of mechanical project delivery — from preconstruction and design coordination through installation and closeout. This role offers the opportunity to work on

mission-critical and high-visibility projects , collaborating closely with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field leadership. Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle for data center mechanical systems Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and installation for HVAC and piping scopes Coordinate with design and field teams to ensure successful project execution Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor project progress, control costs, and manage change orders Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects Proven success leading data center or mission-critical HVAC projects Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, design, and field coordination Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related construction software Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits
