We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee complex geotechnical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top-tier safety standards. From drilled shafts and micropiles to driven piles and ground improvement, you'll be managing high-impact infrastructure that shapes the region. What You'll Do: Lead multiple deep foundation projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources across diverse urban and suburban sites. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Drive innovation and problem-solving in challenging ground conditions. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of project management experience in geotechnical construction. Strong knowledge of deep foundation techniques and ground engineering. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to travel across NJ and NY as needed.
