Responsibilities
Planning and execution
of deep foundation works from pre‑construction through close‑out
Managing budgets, schedules, and resources
to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery
Leading site teams , subcontractors, and suppliers with a focus on safety, quality, and performance
Client liaison and stakeholder management , ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
Technical coordination
with engineers, estimators, and field personnel to solve complex geotechnical challenges
Reporting and documentation , maintaining transparency and accountability across all phases
Qualifications
Proven experience managing geotechnical or heavy civil construction projects
Strong understanding of deep foundation systems and ground engineering principles
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
