Lead the training and performance of sanitation staff to ensure food safety standards are met. Implement and verify sanitation procedures, continuously seeking ways to improve cleaning processes while minimizing costs. Maintain sanitation schedules, update standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee pest control activities, perform equipment inspections, and conduct environmental testing as needed. Supervise the closing of the facility, ensuring all access points are secured and safety protocols are followed. Qualifications
3-5 years of supervisory experience in sanitation within manufacturing or production environments, including pharmaceutical backgrounds considered. Strong leadership skills with a history of long-term tenure in previous roles. Knowledge of sanitation standards such as HACCP, BRC, or GFSI schemes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train and motivate teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain detailed records and reports.
