Overview
Position: Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and associates, including maintaining parking areas, restrooms, and floors. The pay range is provided as $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr and actual pay is based on skills and experience; discuss with a recruiter for specifics. Responsibilities
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to management. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low. Support the company’s benefits program information and promote a positive experience for customers and teammates. What You’ll Do
