Overview
Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities, is seeking a motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. The Residential Program Manager will mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure adherence to all DDS, funding agency, and state regulations, maintain and monitor staffing schedules, assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments, and assume on-call responsibilities as required. The Residential Program Manager will also assist and instruct individuals in all aspects of their IP, administer medication when required, provide in-house and agency-contracted training and consultation services, adhere to budgetary guidelines, assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs, and work with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary. Responsibilities

Adhere to budgetary guidelines. Assist and instruct residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, medical, psychiatric and socio-emotional needs. Collaborate with the People Team to plan and implement corrective action when necessary. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Basic computer skills; experience using Therap is a plus. Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others. Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of driving experience. Benefits
