What You’ll Do
As our Equipment Sales Representative, you’ll step into a role with virtually unlimited earning potential, where your success is determined by your ambition, relationship-building skills, and drive to exceed goals. Responsibilities include promoting and selling new and used forklift equipment, and generating revenue through rental agreements, parts sales, and service support. Your mission will be to grow market share and strengthen our presence across a key territory that includes Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, and Paso Robles. You’ll meet with existing and prospective customers, offering tailored solutions that meet their operational needs, and serve as the face of our organization—consultative, professional, and committed to delivering unmatched service and value. Proven outside sales experience Financing background preferred Knowledge and experience of material handling equipment preferred Excellent customer relations skills Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Driver’s license with a good driving record Candidates must reside in the working territory of Santa Barbara County What We Provide
