Lead full-cycle recruitment for Finance roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices Build and maintain strong pipelines of finance talent for current and future needs Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience Collaborate with HR and business partners to ensure hiring goals are met What You’ll Bring
Proven experience recruiting top talent and aligning talent strategies with business priorities Experience recruiting finance professionals a plus Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Expertise in sourcing, assessment, and talent market analysis Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Minimum Qualifications
