GRO, a boutique marketing agency, is seeking a skilled and motivated
Advertising Manager
to lead campaign strategy, management, and optimization across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you’ll oversee ad campaigns on
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ,
TikTok ,
Google Ads , and
Local Service Ads , ensuring that every campaign drives measurable growth and ROI for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to align ad performance with broader marketing goals — helping clients expand reach, improve conversion rates, and scale effectively.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize
paid advertising campaigns
across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
to refine campaign strategy.
Track and analyze
campaign performance metrics
(CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and develop data-driven recommendations.
Perform
A/B testing
on ad creative, copy, and targeting to maximize performance.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visuals and messaging align with strategic goals.
Stay informed on
industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features .
Manage budgets efficiently to ensure optimal spend allocation and performance.
Report on results, insights, and recommendations directly to senior leadership and client teams.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience
managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Deep understanding of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
Familiarity with
conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics platforms
(Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Proven success in achieving measurable ROI across digital ad campaigns.
Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
