Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr The merchandising & stocking associate role supports members by ensuring products are available, properly displayed, and easy to find. Responsibilities can include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. Responsibilities
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Maintain facility safety and cleanliness by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials per procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing items, identifying shrink, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise.
Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; manage priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
Support club pick-up orders by assisting with picking and staging throughout the day according to policy and procedures.
Contribute to a positive store environment and help ensure member-ready areas.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season).
