Connect all of the dots to ensure members can find everything on their shopping list, from everyday needs to special occasions. Move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, fulfill club pick-up orders, and help members while stocking shelves. The job can be physically demanding in a fast-paced environment. Unloading trucks, stocking shelves, stocking backroom, and related duties as assigned to maintain a member-ready store. Promptly unload trucks; assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store; sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom; engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude; maintain a clean, neat area. Ensure club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures. What you’ll do
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guide and support members regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues; promote products and services. Maintain facility safety per company policies; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; report unsafe situations to management. Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation per policies; zone areas; stock, arrange, and organize merchandise; set up and clean displays; remove damaged goods; price merchandise; identify shrink and damages; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Monitor product quality and rotation; ensure product recalls and sanitation standards are followed; display promotional and seasonal merchandise prominently. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in daily operations. Complete work assignments by prioritizing, collaborating with managers and colleagues, meeting deadlines, and adapting to feedback. Support order picking for club pick up throughout the day and stage products per policy. Benefits
