Our client is seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Attorney to join their Clearwater office . This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in both pre-litigation and litigation, with proven success in
handling motor vehicle accident (MVA) and premises liability cases from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including MVA and premises liability cases
Oversee all stages of litigation and pre-litigation with a focus on efficiency and client advocacy
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and handle depositions, mediations, and trials when required
Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop case strategies and ensure timely case progression
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and expectations
Work proactively to achieve favorable settlements while balancing litigation demands
Requirements
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in personal injury law with hands-on experience in both pre-litigation and litigation
Strong background in motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal communication skills and client-first mindset
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Demonstrated track record of efficient case management and successful outcomes
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and support teams
Salary:
Up to $200,000 annually (based on experience) + discretionary bonus
