A privately held wireless telecommunications and real estate investment firm is hiring a Telecom Leasing Associate in the US. This company provides capital and asset management solutions for cell site owners. With nearly two decades of experience, the organization helps transform wireless real estate into a thriving asset class—delivering value to property owners and telecom operators alike.

Role Overview Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Associate will join a fully remote team of four (Director, Business Analyst, and Attorney) responsible for reviewing, managing, and negotiating digital telecom leases across the country. The ideal candidate is independently productive, sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain clear communication with site acquisition partners, and ensure operational efficiency throughout all lease modification processes.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Receive and execute tasks assigned by the Director of Asset Management.

Partner with site acquisition companies to provide data and documentation related to equipment or service modifications for telecom infrastructure assets.

Review existing lease agreements and amendments to determine modification requirements and rights.

Lead and manage lease amendment or modification negotiations as needed.

Initiate and track purchase orders (POs) related to modification fees (e.g., legal, engineering, drawing review, etc.).

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Maintain organized task tracking and proactively follow up or elevate issues when necessary.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage telecom-related projects from initiation through completion.

Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and partners.

Interpret and enforce lease terms and compliance requirements.

Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among vendors, attorneys, and internal teams.

Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership.

Enhance workflows by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in telecom, project management, or commercial real estate.

Strong understanding of lease agreements and legal/financial principles.

Ability to interpret engineering documents and telecom infrastructure standards.

Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects and external partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an outgoing, professional demeanor.

Exceptional attention to detail, follow‑through, and multitasking ability.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Remote position
