Job Summary The Sales and Training Executive (STE) for NARS and Hermes reports to the Regional Sales Director and is responsible for delivering target KPIs and executing the overall Sales Plan. The role manages budget commitments, travel and expense, and freelance resources while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to grow retail presence, enhance brand awareness, and create incremental growth opportunities across Department Stores, Open‑Sell, and Specialty doors.

What You Will Do

Drive sales and execute strategies and initiatives within each retailer to achieve the sales plan.

Adhere to budget management commitments, including travel and expense, freelance spend, and profitability measurables.

Plan and execute event strategies in partnership with Store teams, ensuring sales targets and ROI benchmarks are met.

Recruit, hire, inspire, schedule, develop, and retain productive counter and freelance team members, ensuring “sales per hour” and “items per transaction” goals.

Maintain a cohesive monthly schedule aligned with territory volume and call cycle, incorporating MAPPP ™ methodology.

Meet deadlines for calendars, expense, and event recaps, and adhere to retail partner protocols.

Monitor and assess weekly SPH/ROI for freelance teams, pivoting to meet targets.

Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining strong knowledge of Brand DNA, product heritage, and promoting NARS and Hermes positively.

Build strong relationships with Ulta, Sephora, and Department Store partner teams.

Manage visual merchandising execution, supporting in‑stock positions and corporate merchandising guidelines.

Uphold Brand Dress Code Guidelines and provide polished, professional appearance.

Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve product categories across beauty counters, fragrance locations, and men’s fragrance spaces.

Utilize internal reporting tools (Power BI, Territory, SPH) to evaluate retail trends.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and navigate multiple teams.

Maintain a positive, self‑motivated attitude, aligning with organizational vision.

Work a flexible schedule (Tuesday through Saturday, including weekends and holidays) to meet objectives.

Drive a car as required for door visits; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2 years in Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent).

Proven ability to drive sales through relationship building and exceptional customer service.

Collaborative, able to build positive business partnerships.

Capable of interacting with all management levels in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Independent and results‑focused, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.

Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs; standing for up to 8 hours.

Valid driver’s license.
