Where You Will Work

New Product Development is responsible for working with cross functionally to deliver launches on time, at cost and at the correct package conception and product quality. This role requires strong project management, problem solving, communication skills, as well as basic product development and executional abilities. High collaboration with Japan HQ counterparts and cross-functional team members is needed to ensure all necessary learning, qualification, and execution activities are completed in support of a successful launch. This individual is expected to manage a portfolio of new product development projects and executing launch project plans to deliver OTIF. What You Will Do

You will lead product required changes from project brief generation to ATS (Available to Ship) ensuring timing, quantity, cost and KPI targets are achieved. You will develop and maintain project timelines (MS Project required) following the Stage Gate NPD established process. You will lead all project meetings and coordinate the seamless integration between Marketing, PD, R&D, Packaging and all Operational functions involved in developing product related projects. You will lead COGS assessments at different stages of the project. You will consistently challenge and reduce development lead-times by ensuring appropriate balanced risks are built into the original time plans, while ensuring all COGs, quality and service requirements are achieved/exceeded. You will elevate risks and bottlenecks encountered during the development process with the respective mitigation plans. You will establish working relationships with key stakeholders which includes:

Brand: Marketing, Product Development, Finance Operations: Packaging Engineering, NPC (New Product Commercialization), S&OP, Quality, Production/Fillers (Internal & External), Procurement & Finance R&D: Formulation and Regulatory

Who You Are

You work well with cross-functional teams and take a leadership role within the team. Effective interpersonal skills are a must. You have MS Project knowledge and experience, Excel and Word (Required). You have 4 to 5 years of project management experience in CPG or Beauty Industry. You understand new product development processes & stage gate approach. You have exposure to production environment & interaction of packaging, process, manufacturing. You can quickly analyze data and information from different places and put it together into a project plan or timeline. What We Can Offer You

Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience.
