epchristianchurch@gmail.com Position Description: Seeking God’s will and direction in filling a full time minister position who can lead our current congregation, reaching out to our community, coordinating the worship service, involvement with music, young adults and youth, conducting weddings, counseling as well as other spiritual needs of a modern day church. We are looking for a goal oriented individual who can easily build relationships with both members and non-members in our community. Work well with the congregation and church leadership. Be enthusiastic about growing our church and serving our members and community, tying scriptures with today’s experiences and needs, while staying true to the WORD. Serve as the primary face for our church to the community and represent our members on the ministerial alliance in the community.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate worship services and musical involvement.
Engage with youth and young adults; outreach to the broader community.
Provide pastoral counseling and address spiritual needs of the congregation.
Conduct weddings and other rituals as requested.
Collaborate with church leadership to fulfill the church’s mission and programs.
Qualifications
Goal oriented with ability to build relationships with members and non-members.
Ability to work well with the congregation and church leadership.
Enthusiastic about growing the church and serving members and community.
Ability to connect scriptures with contemporary experiences and needs.
Commitment to staying true to the WORD.

Salary commensurate with experience, skills and abilities.
