Field Sales Representative (Outside B2B Sales) within a local territory. This is outside sales with significant upside: prospect, pitch, open new accounts, and own/grow them over time. You will earn residual income from every account you bring in.
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr. Additional compensation includes uncapped commissions, bonuses, and benefits. Local Territory: Sacramento, CA area. Workplace: Hybrid of Field, Remote, Office.

Responsibilities
Engage potential clients through proactive, in-person outreach and relationship-building within your territory
Develop a book of business through new client acquisition
Manage and grow the accounts you open — these are yours to keep
Offer solutions with Ernest products in packaging, automation, janitorial, safety, and beyond
Represent the Ernest brand with professionalism and personality
