Strong candidates will be confident, self-motivated, persistent, and have a resilient can-do attitude. Successful candidates will be able to easily establish rapport with people and possess the ability to read people, show concern, and clearly demonstrate interest in providing a proper solution.
Responsibilities
Generating revenue by providing prospects solutions of products and services within the established marketing plan while meeting sales quota targets.
Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory using cold call selling techniques and lead generation strategies.
Researching the market to gather information on prospective new customers and other relative market information.
Meeting with potential customers to present and demonstrate available product.
Entering initial orders for new customers and preparing agreements.
Coordinate initial deliveries with the new customers and route sales representatives.
Maintaining cloud-based notes (Salesforce CRM) on customers and prospective future customers.
Skills Required
3+ years of quota-driven outside sales experience
Industry experience a plus but not required
Salesforce experience is a plus
Must exhibit superior prospecting, presentation and closing skills
Proven history of success in outside sales
Strong work ethic, self-motivation and desire to succeed
Familiar with market
Clean drivers license
Ability to work from corporate office 1 day per week, and in the field the remainder of the week
Candidates should: be organized, possess excellent planning and follow-up skills, be outgoing, friendly, and positive, be able to multitask, have a passion for excellence, have a passion to lead teams to produce a high level of performance
