Their diverse portfolio includes residential and commercial projects such as apartments, chain restaurants, retail, office, and medical buildings.
In addition to construction services, our client operates a fencing division that offers custom fence design and installation. This includes privacy fences, decorative fences, pet enclosures, pool fencing, and elegant entrance gates—crafted with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain proper approval to code/enter invoices for various entities and vendors Reconcile monthly vendor statements and address/resolve any discrepancies Reconcile purchase clearing accounts regularly and communicate with purchasing department to ensure materials received are billed and vice versa Ensure proper filing of all vendor invoices and payment records Set up new customers and process all deposits for residential projects Prepare invoices for residential/commercial projects and work with customers/salesmen to collect final payment Compute and review monthly union dues requirements Complete weekly WEX reconciliation for employee fuel cards Post all daily cash receipts for OTC sales orders and invoice orders upon customer pickup Tie out AP aging to subledger at month-end Any other tasks as required by management Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting role Experience with Sage a plus Experience with AIA billing highly desired Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Please apply for this specific job posting using the form below is removed.
