Travel Nurse RN - Case Management - $2,951 per week

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Syracuse, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM) Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level. Must have acute hospital case management and EPIC experience. Travelers will be considered only if experienced in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers.
