$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr Responsibilities
Assist management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates on processes and procedures. Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches to resolve member complaints and issues according to company guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; support the Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicate and support membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage membership renewals; participate in sales and marketing events; maintain required documentation. Promote member service by identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology and transactions. Oversee area operations including handling claims and returns, organizing merchandise, maintaining carts, assisting members with transporting items, and ensuring parking lot cleanliness. Assist with financial processes by following accounting procedures, preparing deposits, and maintaining confidentiality of financial information. Develop and implement processes to meet business needs; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities. Promote compliance with ethics and integrity standards and support corrective actions as needed. Lead and participate in teams; coordinate work, provide feedback and support to ensure timelines and work quality, and model adaptability to change. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 6 months of retail experience (including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers) AND 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a front-end team; supervisory experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others Location and Schedule
