Slalom Driving Strategic AI Transformation Across the Enterprise Overview

Slalom is seeking a visionary Enterprise AI Leader to spearhead large-scale AI transformation initiatives for organizations embarking on digital evolution journeys. As a strategic thought leader and hands-on expert, you will shape multi-year enterprise AI programs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure that AI solutions deliver measurable business impact. This role requires advanced expertise in designing, deploying, and scaling AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation within complex enterprise environments. You will collaborate with senior executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap for AI innovation, govern ethical and effective AI adoption, and navigate integration of advanced analytics into core business platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise technology, cloud-based AI solutions, and digital transformation leadership, coupled with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. What You’ll Do

Lead strategy, solutioning, estimation, and deal closure for AI in Salesforce engagements. Drive discovery, planning, and requirements elicitation for complex Salesforce AI initiatives. Facilitate client meetings to define and prioritize value-driven outcomes. Lead cross-functional teams as an AI subject-matter expert to deliver Salesforce AI solutions. Serve as a functional consultant and business analyst specializing in AI applications within Salesforce. Collaborate with Slalom teams across domains (e.g., AWS, OpenAI, Google) to create proofs of concept (POCs) and POVs that expand Salesforce AI use cases. Provide thought leadership and define best practices for integrating AI within Salesforce ecosystems. Manage seamless handoffs from sales to delivery for Salesforce AI projects. Develop reusable delivery assets and accelerators for internal and client teams. Act as an evangelist for Salesforce AI across Slalom, promoting innovation and adoption. Coach and enable other teams on best practices for leveraging AI in Salesforce. Partner with marketing to create customer stories showcasing Salesforce AI success. Support market-fit analyses, TAM assessments, and pipeline triage in collaboration with Account and Capability Leads. Serve as a conduit between real-world client needs and innovation initiatives within Slalom’s Innovation Hub. What You’ll Bring

Passion for solving real business challenges through the creative use of AI. Ability to elicit and interpret business requirements — uncovering the “why” behind the “what.” Deep Salesforce configuration expertise across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.). Strong understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, Prompt Builder, Copilot, Data Cloud, etc.) and how to apply them effectively. Awareness of the declarative limits of the platform and the judgment to know when and how to extend with custom code. Proven track record of successful Salesforce and AI-enabled project delivery. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Confidence and enthusiasm for presenting to groups and influencing through storytelling. Curiosity and drive to push boundaries, continuously exploring emerging AI capabilities. Suggested Certifications: AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer 1 Suggested Experience: Prompt engineering, working knowledge of RAG solution patterns with SOTA foundational model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and Data Cloud retrievers About Us

The salary range is provided below; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. The salary ranges are subject to change. Base salary ranges (Senior Principal: $140,000–$258,000; Director: $161,000–$308,000). Eligible for annual discretionary bonus. We will accept applicants until December 31, 2025.
