Carbon Footprint Expert

Job Description Responsibilities include:

Managing client projects such as:

Estimating the

Carbon Footprint (CF)

for both organizations and products

Verifying organizational and product-related CF

Conducting

Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)

Preparing

Environmental Product Declarations (EPD)

Performing

environmental audits

– including compliance and due diligence

Supporting

green building certifications

(e.g., LEED, BREEAM, Green Building)

Delivering

training sessions

Collaborating with other departments and SGS affiliates

Cooperating with

NGOs and external partners

Contributing to the

introduction of new products

Qualifications

University degree in

Environmental Protection, Chemistry , or a related field

At least

2 years of experience

managing

Carbon Footprint projects

Professional background in

sustainability-related roles

Knowledge of standards such as

ISO 14064, ISO 14067, ISO 14040 / 14044, ISO 14025 , and the

GHG Protocol guidelines

Fluent English language skills

Category B driving license

Proficiency in using

MS Office and computer tools

Nice to Have

Official approval or certification as a

verifier or auditor
