We’re seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager to elevate the presence of a fast-growing life sciences professional services firm. In this role, you’ll shape how the organization shows up in the market. The person in this role will be crafting thought-leadership content, driving digital campaigns, and amplifying the expertise of consultants who are helping biopharma, medtech, and diagnostics innovators bring transformative therapies to patients world-wide. The Corporate Marketing Manager drives brand visibility, thought leadership, and business growth across the organization. This individual will own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that position the company as a trusted authority in their niche market. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen, storytelling ability, and hands-on execution across digital, content, and event marketing.
Brand Awareness & Positioning
Lead corporate brand development, ensuring a consistent and differentiated identity across all channels and solution areas.
Translate the firm’s mission, vision, and expertise into compelling narratives that resonate with biotech, medtech, and payer audiences.
Content & Thought Leadership
Develop and manage a content strategy showcasing subject-matter expertise through blogs, white papers, webinars, and client case studies.
Partner with internal consultants and SMEs to create impactful thought leadership aligned with emerging healthcare and access trends.
Oversee copywriting, editing, and brand tone consistency across website, social media, and collateral.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
Plan and execute digital campaigns (email, paid social, SEO, SEM) to drive awareness and lead generation.
Manage the company website, analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and report ROI to leadership.
Events & Partnerships
Lead planning and promotion for industry conferences, webinars, and sponsored events.
Coordinate with business development teams to optimize visibility and capture qualified leads from events.
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Consulting, HR, and BD teams to align marketing with recruiting and business growth objectives.
Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Mentor junior marketing staff or contractors supporting design, content, or analytics functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within life science or healthcare professional services.
Demonstrated success in building integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership platforms.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Lead generation experience to include marketing campaigns, web contact forms, speaker series, etc.
Marketing and sales collateral development (Canva/InDesign, etc).
Industry Conference organization (social media posts, booth organization, speaker planning, communication with organizers).
Content writing such as white papers, web content and marketing content– all with partnerships with internal SMEs.
