180 Your Marketing
180 Your Marketing is a Kansas City–based creative agency specializing in branding, video, and social media for real estate professionals. Under our flagship brand, Modern Real Estate Marketing (MREM), we produce high-quality video content that helps agents and lenders build trust, attract clients, and grow their personal brands.
We’re looking for a part-time videographer (20-30 hours a week), who enjoys working with people on camera, has an eye for storytelling, and understands how to capture professional-quality video. This role focuses on filming clients — not properties — and will include both in-studio sessions and on-location shoots around Kansas City. This is an opportunity to join a growing agency where creativity, collaboration, and speed matter. The right person will grow with us into a full-time creative role as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
Film clients in our in-house studio for personal branding, educational, and marketing videos. Record podcasts in our studio (video + audio). Capture on-location content such as community features, interviews, and business spotlights. Set up lighting, camera angles, and sound to ensure professional quality. Collaborate with our creative team to plan and execute shoots that align with each client’s brand and message. Organize and manage footage for handoff to editors or clients. Maintain studio equipment and assist with setup, teardown, and gear prep. Bring creative ideas to the table for framing, composition, and storytelling. Qualifications
Strong understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio. Experience filming with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, or similar). Ability to work confidently with clients on camera in both one-on-one and small-group settings. Strong attention to detail and creative eye for visual storytelling. Reliable transportation and ability to travel for on-location shoots. Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong communication skills. A college degree is not required.
