Overview Creative Supervisor Golden Entertainment Corporate (Las Vegas, NV)

Summary: As the Creative Supervisor you will lead and oversee a team of designers while also serving as the team’s senior creative contributor. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills along with expert hands-on design ability. You will balance management and production responsibilities to drive high-quality, on-brand creative across multiple platforms and properties.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing and brand materials for multiple casino-resort properties and taverns, ensuring all creative aligns with company and brand standards

Lead and mentor a team of designers by providing creative direction, feedback, and support to enhance skills and maintain consistent quality

Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff to promote strong performance and engagement

Monitor and support daily operations to ensure alignment with standards, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction goals

Serve as a point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns, escalating issues as needed

Manage daily design workflow, assign projects, review work, and help the team meet deadlines and creative goals

Collaborate with internal departments including Account Coordination, Production, and Property Marketing to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery

Act as a hands-on designer, developing creative concepts and executing layouts, visuals, and digital assets for campaigns and brand initiatives

Present creative ideas and updates to peers and senior leaders, maintaining professionalism and clear communication

Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all materials are visually cohesive and on message

Support senior leadership in improving creative processes, team collaboration, and overall workflow efficiency

Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with open communication and creative problem-solving

Ensure compliance with gaming laws, company policies, Title 31, and applicable regulations

Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

4+ years of creative design experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with creative, out-of-the-box solutions

Experience analyzing processes and procedures and developing corrections or new SOPs to improve efficiency

Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles across traditional and emerging media

Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for training, feedback, and conflict resolution

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow through

Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and shift schedules

Commitment to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment

Basic understanding of department KPIs, labor management, or guest service standards

Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools

Experience with project management systems (e.g., Workfront, Workamajig, or similar)

Experience with asset management systems and collaboration platforms

Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams

Requirements

At least 21 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree or certification preferred/required if applicable

Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Verify right to work in the United States
