What you’ll do includes: Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guide and support members regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve issues and promote the company’s products and services. Maintain facility safety according to policies; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; report unsafe situations to management. Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, organizing, display setup and cleanup, pricing, and identifying shrink or damages. Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensure display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; adhere to Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Complete work assignments by coordinating with managers and coworkers; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements and adapt to change.
