PARETO SECURITIES AS
WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE, CULTURALLY TUNED-IN ART DIRECTOR TO JOIN THE GANNI CREATIVE LAB.
YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
We’re looking for an Art Director with strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and a genuine interest in contemporary visual culture. You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative to help shape and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints.
This is an exciting role within our in‑house creative team that blends conceptual thinking with hands‑on execution and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work on art direction across campaigns, lookbooks, shows, social content, and special projects—bringing ideas to life from concept through to delivery.
As the brand enters an exciting phase of growth, this role offers the chance to bring fresh ideas and entrepreneurial drive. If you’re passionate about shaping a brand’s future and want to make a meaningful creative contribution, this is the role for you.
This is a temporary position, with the possibility of extension.
Concept & Campaign Development
Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Creative Lab to develop ideas for campaigns, lookbooks, and digital storytelling.
Contribute to seasonal moodboards, art direction decks, and visual narratives.
Create mockups and decks to clearly communicate design concepts.
Develop creative strategies for campaigns, editorials, and marketing content.
Social & Digital Content
Create engaging, social‑first content that brings the brand’s tone and aesthetic to life.
Stay up to date with digital trends and suggest fresh creative formats.
Visual Design & Execution
Support the production of high‑quality imagery, video, and design assets across channels.
Oversee the execution of shoot concepts and visual ideas in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure creative aligns with timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
Provide feedback on assets to maintain visual consistency and quality.
Assist with artworking and preparing final assets (including crop guides) for delivery.
Production Support
Coordinate with production to ensure smooth pre‑ and post‑shoot logistics.
Direct post‑production, from retouching and colour grading to final delivery.
Work closely with stylists, designers, photographers, and other creatives to deliver cohesive storytelling.
Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and E‑commerce teams.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
Research & Inspiration
Stay informed on cultural, fashion, and visual trends to keep creative direction fresh.
Bring inspiring, relevant references to the table.
Project & Workflow Management
Oversee multiple projects at once, keeping everything on track and on brief.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
5–7 years of experience in art direction and design—ideally in luxury fashion or creative agencies.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong eye for composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
Confident in mockup creation, artworking, and guiding pre‑/post‑production.
Great communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
A genuine interest in fashion, design, and visual culture.
THE GANNI WAY We are looking for a true GANNI ambassador—someone who shares our values of
Openness
(ready to evolve, honest not perfect),
Optimism
(you never stand still, just dance!),
Authenticity
(you march at your own beat!),
Accountability
(no excuses, you make an impact), and
Responsibility
(make small changes, see big differences).
The GANNI culture is based on a
learning
and
results‑driven
mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose of (hack)the fashion system!
GANNI is a state of mind—not just a way of dressing—and we love to change the usual practice in everything we do. We are confident and capable of anything! So prepare yourself to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and hacking the system together with our amazing Creative Brand team!

We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, racial identity, religious belief, disability status, or personal expression.

To support unbiased hiring, we kindly ask you not to include your photo, age, or marital status in your CV— we’re only interested in why you’re a great fit for the role.
