Account Manager
who is
experienced, hands‑on, and communicative
to join us in our
BeNeLux Sales
team, based in our
EMEA headquarters
office in
Mechelen, Belgium .
About the role You will promote and sell our complete dialysis portfolio – from water treatment systems and software to dialysis machines and disposables. Your mission is to build strong relationships with hospitals and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and achieving sales goals.
How you will contribute Sales (70%)
• Promote and sell the full Nipro Medical dialysis product portfolio
• Develop and execute account plans for your assigned area
• Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and decision‑makers
Admin (15%)
• Prepare offers and ensure accurate reporting of visits and activities
• The account manager provides own reporting with regard to visits
Support (15%)
• Provide training and education to customers and stakeholders
What you bring to Nipro
Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare account management is essential
Fluent in Dutch is mandatory • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within hospital settings • Excellent organisational and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of dialysis products and related therapies is an advantage
Ability to work in French is a plus
