Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager — Jackson, MS area. A well-established automotive dealership is seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department. Proven success as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Used Car Manager, or Automotive Sales and/or Finance Manager Strong knowledge of inventory management, appraisals, and market trends Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team Excellent communication and organizational skills A results-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department Manage inventory, appraisals, and pricing to maximize gross and turn rates Hire, train, and develop sales staff while fostering a positive team culture Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and customer satisfaction expectations Benefits
