Crop Nutrients Sales Executives / Account Managers

across

California

and

Yuma, Arizona . Each position is

territory-based , focusing on local crops and growers within assigned counties. If you have strong relationships with growers, agronomists, or PCAs, and want to represent innovative crop nutrition products that truly make a difference, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Be a Trusted Advisor:

Build and maintain relationships with growers, PCAs, and agronomists. Provide expert recommendations on crop nutrition and soil health. Drive Sales & Growth:

Identify key customers, assess their needs, and develop tailored growth plans. Achieve defined revenue targets through strategic territory management. Field Visits & Trials:

Visit farms, assess crop performance, and conduct field demonstrations to showcase the benefits of nano fertilizers. Educate & Influence:

Host grower meetings, training sessions, and field days to promote sustainable practices and product adoption. Monitor Market Trends:

Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes. Collaborate Internally:

Work with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, credit management, and customer satisfaction. Represent KAP:

Attend regional trade shows, field days, and grower events to strengthen brand presence. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field. Proven agricultural sales experience with strong understanding of local crops, farming practices, and grower needs. Established network of growers, PCAs, or ag retailers within your region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage time effectively. Physically capable of performing fieldwork (up to 40 lbs) and working outdoors in varying conditions. Willingness to work flexible hours during key crop stages and seasonal peaks. Preferred Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), Pest Control Advisor (PCA), or Agronomist certification. Experience promoting

nano fertilizers ,

biostimulants , or emerging crop nutrition technologies. Familiarity with regional crops such as

almonds, pistachios, grapes, citrus, and vegetables . Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM, and digital reporting tools. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Compensation & Benefits Competitive
