Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to exceed goals Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and retain existing clients Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reporting to agency leadership Collaborate on marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives Handle escalated client concerns and ensure exceptional service standards Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve and surpass goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field preferred Active license (or willingness to obtain) in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance A Message from Kelly
