MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma essential
Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
Proficient in computer use and relevant software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
