Sales Consultant
position with Nelson Exteriors. Our project consultants perform in-home meetings with homeowners in the Metro Atlanta area, showing our extensive home improvement product and service offerings. They demonstrate knowledge of the company’s offerings and ensure a world-class experience for customers. Core Responsibilities
Manage pre-qualified leads in a no/low pressure sales environment Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity Listen to customers, ask questions to understand wants/needs, and provide matching options Manage the pipeline from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations Serve as the liaison between operations and the customer post-sale to assure a fantastic customer experience Attend required trainings and follow Nelson Exteriors sales processes Stay current on industry standards, trends, and competitor activity About Nelson Exteriors

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year sales experience Minimal construction knowledge Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Open to learning new things and be coachable Strong communication skills Attention to detail with a keen eye for design Must like working outdoors; this is not a desk job Take ownership of time and tasks Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field Ability to navigate various software applications on company-provided tablet Established reputation as a high-integrity top performer Goal oriented and hardworking Problem solver with a focus on solutions Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs of sample materials (required) Involves getting in and out of a car multiple times per day and traveling to/from customer locations May stand for extended periods while consulting with customers Full-time role with driving as a required part of the job Schedule
Flexible weekly schedule Required availability Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:30 pm No required appointments after 5 pm No required weekend appointments Pay and Benefits
