Software Development Responsibilities

Calendar & Inbox Management:

Handle an active, ever-changing schedule with precision; triage and manage email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Board & Executive Support:

Coordinate logistics and materials for Board of Directors meetings, Executive Committee sessions, and leadership offsites. Own the details—from scheduling to catering to execution. Travel Coordination:

Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, often last-minute, with detailed itineraries and contingency planning. Event Planning:

Organize executive dinners, industry events, offsites, and team events with creativity and flawless execution. Operational Excellence:

Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and EA team to align priorities and keep leadership operating smoothly. About You

Tech Savvy:

fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management platforms (Concur or similar). Experienced Support:

5+ years of experience directly supporting a CRO in a rapidly scaling SaaS start-up environment. Effective Communicator:

You can effectively "push back" when needed, while remaining open to valuable feedback and learning opportunities. Discretion & Confidentiality:

You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and grace. Masterful Writing:
