Full-Time About Precision HVAC, Inc.

Precision HVAC, Inc. delivers high-performance heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions across commercial and residential environments. Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and energy-conscious results. A Day in the Role

Sunup finds you reviewing the day’s commercial service schedule—boilers at a mid-rise, a chiller optimization at a healthcare facility, and a cooling tower maintenance at an office complex. You lead the crew briefing, outline safety priorities, and align timelines with the project manager. On site, you diagnose a troublesome RTU, interpret schematics to resolve a complex control fault, and ensure every step meets code and safety standards. Between calls, you coach a junior technician through a chiller startup sequence, update service documentation, and brief the client on energy-smart upgrade paths. When an emergency call comes in, you pivot, troubleshoot efficiently, and restore comfort with confidence. What You Will Tackle

Lead and oversee commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs. Execute routine and preventive maintenance on complex HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations. Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and advanced troubleshooting. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive project success and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all work performed. Respond to emergency service calls and deliver prompt, high-quality resolutions. Recommend performance-improving and energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs. What You’ve Mastered

10+ years of commercial HVAC experience with deep expertise in boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and control systems. EPA Universal Certification (required); additional HVAC certifications preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership and team management skills. Clear, professional verbal and written communication. Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proficiencies
