Compensation: $120,000-$275,000 per year in commission based on performance

ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling or door knocking! 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day!

About The Role In this position, you will:

Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service

Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed

We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling

Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills

Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones

Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas

Promote company products and services

Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

Provide best-in-class customer experience

Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Key Qualifications

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments

In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus

Must be self-motivated and results oriented

Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality

Exceptional customer service

Ability to meet and exceed goals

Works successfully without requiring close supervision

Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver\'s license and enjoy being on the road
