As a
Sales Analyst , reporting to the Commercial Manager South Latam, you will provide the necessary administrative and commercial support so that the established marketing programs achieve their growth goals, and ensure that understanding of the customer's needs is reflected through appropriate service. Also, train talent for the future development of commercial activities.
This is a temporary position for 6 months. You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at the office and 1 home office day) based on Malvinas Argentinas production site.
Main responsibilities
Project administration and follow-up
Prepare samples
Interaction with different departments
Contact with clients
Minutes of Technical Meetings
Business correspondence/letters
Send samples to clients / coordination with transport
Purchase requirements / delivery control
Filing of documentation
Knowledge and use of our tools for project tracking (IBIS) and customer/product database (PCDM), as well as any new ones introduced
Requirements
University studies: Marketing /Administration or suitability for the position.
Minimum experience of 1–2 years in the administrative or commercial area of a company.
Advanced English
Microsoft Office package management
ISO 9000 Quality Management System (valued)
Knowledge of Safety and Hygiene (valued)
Knowledge of GMP (Best Practices)
