Responsibilities
Ensure strategic alignment between all stakeholders at a regional level
Implement a clear innovation process to build a portfolio of customer and consumer-relevant innovative olfactive solutions in partnership with the Categories, S&T and Technical Support
Coordinate cross-category Innovation projects
Infuse an innovation mindset in the organization through sharing sessions, workshops and trainings
Own Marketing excellence (Trends & Marketing tools) and animate the EU Marketing teams network, contributing to find relevant solutions to empower and equip our teams
Lead the Design Studios and the Consumer Panel to facilitate the above executions
Ensure cross-regional connectivity, represent EU and actively contribute to the Global Innovation & Marketing priorities and networks
Support & implement the global CP communication strategy and contribute from a regional CP perspective
Facilitate the implementation of Digital solutions for Development teams or for Customers working closely with the Digital teams
Profile
Bachelor’s degree with 15 years’ cross-functional and cross-cultural experience in the fragrance industry
Extended global knowledge of the fragrance market and experience in different categories
Ability to facilitate, create, promote
Ability to build networks, to achieve results through influence, to work effectively in a matrix environment
Ability to think strategically and to translate strategies into tangible deliverables
Strong leadership and people management skills
Project management skills and focus on implementation
Fluency in English, French recommended
