Finance Specialist
to join our Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you’ll support financial forecasting, investment analysis, and regulatory reporting. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our ALM model, assisting with budgeting, and contributing to the financial health of the organization. As a
Finance Specialist , you’ll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to analyze financial data, support strategic planning, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll also help improve processes and provide insights that support sound financial decision-making. What you will need to be successful:
Financial Analysis & Forecasting Expertise:
Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., ProfitStars ALM, Axiom, FICS). Ability to interpret interest rate trends and regulatory requirements. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and implement solutions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies. Experience & Education:
0–2 years of experience in a financial institution or finance-related industry, with a focus on lending or investments preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Ways we\'ll appreciate you:
