About the Role Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full‑time Early Career System Integration/Test Engineer to provide operational technical lab operations support for Lockheed Martin Simulation and Systems Labs (SSL). You will support day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, configuration management, and support of systems test/simulation host computers, projection and display systems, cockpit hardware, electronic interfaces, and mechanical assemblies.

The ideal candidate has experience and/or knowledge of systems integration and lab operations principles.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another STEM discipline, or equivalent education combined with relevant experience.

Knowledge and/or experience operating and maintaining electronic equipment.

Technical and troubleshooting experience related to lab hardware, systems, and/or software.

Desired Skills

Familiarity with aircraft hardware, electronic interfaces, projection/display systems, audio systems, and mechanical assemblies.

Basic knowledge in the design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of networks, Ethernet, fiber optics, and high‑speed buses.

Knowledge of Windows and Linux‑based lab development and support systems.

Experience in the development and maintenance of simulation‑based systems and labs.

Basic knowledge in technical operations and troubleshooting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Security Clearance Must be a US Citizen and hold a Secret level government security clearance. The position requires special access to a Lockheed Martin facility.

Schedule for this Position: 4 × 10‑hour day, 3 days off per week.
