Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time and part-time in-person positions within school settings across Illinois.

Job Details
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Location: In-person, Illinois school districts
Caseload: Determined in collaboration with the district- Elementary or Early Childhood setting
Service Areas: Evaluations, direct treatment, IEP documentation, and team collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations for students
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
Complete and present IEP documentation
Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families
Maintain accurate and timely service records and progress reports
Qualifications
Valid Illinois state SLP license, or willingness to obtain
Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement, or willingness to obtain
Experience in schools preferred but not required
Strong communication and collaborative skills
