Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and establish preventive measures. Deliver effective EH&S training programs for employees and subcontractors. Collaborate with operations and project managers to integrate EH&S considerations into planning and execution. Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal safety standards. Promote a safety-first culture across the organization. Manage hazardous waste disposal and pollution control initiatives. Act as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies.

Key Qualifications Must have an active Colorado Class B General Contracting License Qualifications in Health and Safety or related education (e.g., Diploma, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate Degree). Professional experience in health and safety management, preferably within the construction or building industry (5-7 years) Relevant certifications in First Aid and Incident Investigation (or willingness to obtain). Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, laws, and regulations. Strong organizational and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication and relationship-building abilities to influence outcomes.
