Safety & Security Lead – Thailand Job Description Summary:

Take the lead in ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment across Client’s portfolio. As the Safety & Security Lead, you will design and execute environment, health, safety, and security programs that protect people, assets, and reputation. This position requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to uphold the highest global and local standards.

About the Role

Lead Safety & Security programs across client site in Thailand, ensuring compliance with regulatory, corporate, and client requirements while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

Develop and execute safety & security frameworks, audits, and risk management plans, identifying potential hazards, recommending corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.

Manage emergency response and crisis preparedness, including incident investigations, drills, and business continuity coordination.

Oversee physical security operations, including vendor management for access control, CCTV systems, and threat mitigation programs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, facilities, and client leadership to embed proactive safety and security practices into daily operations.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field; a tertiary qualification in EHS or equivalent certification is required.

Having minimum 4-5 years’ experience in EHS or Safety and Security within corporate, facilities, or real estate environments.

Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, audit programs, and risk assessment frameworks aligned with ISO and global standards.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels and coordinate with local authorities.

Excellent communication skills (Thai & English), capable of engaging with diverse teams, vendors, and clients.
