Nurse Manager
to join our interdisciplinary PACE team in
Pinellas Park, FL . In this role, the Nurse Manager provides leadership, direction, and oversight for all nursing operations across the PACE center and home environments. This includes supervising clinical nurses and medical assistants while ensuring high standards of participant care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Nurse Manager partners closely with the Program Director, Medical Director, and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to drive quality outcomes, strengthen care coordination, and build a culture of accountability and compassion. This role may include direct patient care responsibilities as needed to support participant needs and maintain clinical readiness.
What is PACE? The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a unique care model designed to help older adults remain independent and safe in their own homes.

Team-Driven, Preventive Focus: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other clinicians in a true interdisciplinary care model focused on prevention and holistic well-being.
What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership and Operations:
Lead and supervise all nursing functions across clinic and home settings.
Maintain a compliant, efficient, and participant-centered nursing operation.
Provide clinical support and direct care when coverage or acuity requires.
Partner with providers and the Nurse Care Coordinator to ensure timely follow-through on orders, labs, and results.
Ensure documentation accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to care standards.
Team Development and Performance:
Recruit, coach, and evaluate nursing and support staff for competence and engagement.
Promote professional growth through mentoring and performance feedback.
Foster teamwork and collaboration within nursing and across disciplines.
Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management:
Ensure clinical workflows, documentation, and communication meet PACE and CMS requirements.
Partner with the Quality and Compliance teams to monitor performance metrics and corrective actions.
Lead nursing preparedness for internal and external audits.
Track and address care trends, incident reviews, and outcome data to prevent recurrence.
Participant-Centered Care:
Champion high-quality, person-centered care aligned with the mission and values of PACE.
Actively participate in IDT meetings and contribute to care planning, coordination, and follow-up.
Model empathy, accountability, and professionalism in every participant and staff interaction.
Flexibility to commute between Tampa, Bradenton, & Pinellas Park.
Position Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida.
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a PACE, clinic, or home-care setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to balance regulatory compliance, team development, and direct patient care as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Florida Active License by relevant licensing board.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises and evaluates performance of the RNs, LPN, MAs
